How much juice can I put to it?
Stock block .040 over, Diamond 13.5:1 pistons, Forged H-Beams, Forged Crank, 4 bolt splayed caps, Aluminum Super Cobra Jet heads, 4500 series victor intake, 1050 dominator,ARP head studs, ARP bolt in the bottom end also.
Just picked this motor up for one of my projects and I am wanting to put a kit on it. What would you say a safe size to limit the shot would be. Planning on starting small and working up depending on the tune, just wanting to see how big do you think I can go with the nitrous. Would like to work up to a 200-250 shot if it can hold it.

The other question would be what are your rings gapped for? N/A ring gaps are differerent from a NO2 motor. If you are set up for NA on the gaps, and hit it with NO2, you may find the cylinder temps get a little hot and weld the ring end together. Not trying to scare you, just giving you something to think about. The rest of the combo sounds stout enough to hande the 250 shot though. Heck, I hit a 250 shot on my stock crank, h-beam rods, and forged flat tops in my 466

That'll just make the rings "seal" better

Probably so. It'll seal for a long time after that 1st bit hit.
