Took The Plunge
Most dont know i lost my job bout a month ago . But im renting the shop i worked at for 5 years, Hoping to make a good go of it , I know times are tough but there is no work around here unless you drive 100 miles a day, so im gonna try n make my own. Y`all wish me luck

i found out if you good at what you do people will come to you,even in a small town in BFE.treat them like you'd want to be and you'll have more work than you can do.in my area people are fixing what they have and driving it,not goen into debt for a new one.good luck!

that is what i based my decision on, thanks guys, im a little worried about the investment as money is tight for me just like everyone else Erv.

We live in a small town I have a couple of friends that each have their own shop.One works alone one has one other mechanic with him.Both shops stay full all the time,they talk like their is a good market because people are holding on to and repairing older vehicles. Good luk to you ! Ward

I talked to a racer this weekeknd that has a shop in a small town here in GA. He said that he was totally covered up and business was as good as ever. He said the key was to be fair and honest.
As I commented earlier....I bet you will be in good shape.
