topics being watched

Bruno is there some default set to watch all topics that I have posted in? I looked in the the profile and could not find anywhere to turn it off. I thought it was brought up before but I couldn't find it in a search either.

Yeah.....My e-mail inbox stays full. I thought I'd turned that function off, too.....no luck.

I don't have any emails coming but that sure sounds like mavericks problem. when you go into profile and click on the topics being watched every topic I have ever posted in is there.

THats how mine was, and I was getting emails I just did that and they all stoped

Already did that. The e-mails are still pouring in.

Also, you might try... your profile/preferences/ Display a notification when new replies are written :

and just below the text in which you create a post... Notify me when a reply is posted

It seems there are several places to help us keep track of what topics we have posted, each which may over-ride a previous selection.

That doesn't seem to help my problem.

Here is what I had to do to fix the problem. I had to make a post and check the "Notify me when a reply is posted" box below then make another post with it not checked. It does not seem too be adding anymore topics to my watched list. Hope this helps anyone else.
