MWSC guys had a grudge race last night in TX, The 55 the cam was strapped on had the hit......

We race with those guys. They are some of the best guys I have ever been around at the track.

The guy that owns the 55 also has a pretty famous car, The Murder Nova. The 55 is his slow ride.


Big Chief runs the organization that we are members of in Noble and all he cares about is 1) having fun, 2) running fast, 3) getting a lot of cars to the track and have them come back. He is awesome.

I spanked the 55 earlier in the season at the first KOV race.............

I was there Saturday night at Denton's "Summer Grudge Spectacular", they really put on a great show. Larry & his guys had the track prepped pretty good, both lanes were close to the same with the left lane being a little better than the right.

They were running a bunch of heads-up index classes along with a ton of grudge racing (and betting ). Plus since the Auto Pro Mod guy's show in Houston got canceled, a deal was set up Saturday night where APM members could get in & test for free at Denton. Larry & his guys were going to keep the track open till 4:00 am if that's what it took to get all the races in, and it damn near did run that late. We got a 4.53 out of the Ugly 'Hearse using just 1 system & Randy Rencher ran a 4.37 with his blown P/M at 2700 lbs with a 'glide.

With all the Index cars, grudge cars, and a hand full of testing P/M's there was something there for everyone that night. Small tires, big tires, nitrous, blowers, back-half cars, full chassis cars, stock suspension cars, roadsters, dragsters, Fox & later Mustangs, and a Pinto...... it was a full plate.
