F3 Tornado Near Here
We had an F3 tornado hit a small town near here on Sunday. We had just been there the day before. Very pretty little town, about 8,000 people live there. There is a big city hall/court house in the middle of town with streets going out like spokes on a wheel. It came up from the lake, up a big hill and right to the center of town. It was on the ground for quite a while.

Lots of work for them to do.

You know it's kinda funny Bill, when I lived in Alberta we used to hear those TV warning alerts but they were always just tests. It wasn't until we moved down here that they actually use the warning system. I never see any tests they are just the real deals. Hurricanes, tornadoes, extreme thunder storms, hail etc.

We've had a few pretty bad tornado's around here over the last bunch of years. Barrie had a bad one a couple of years ago.
After one hits, the weather guys all get real paranoid and put out warnings for everything!!
There sure is a lot more severe weather down your way!!!
