It's not that bad, just don't let that belt come off!! If you are changing the belt that's where all the fun starts. I just did this to my wife's 2005 freestyle a few months ago. You are looking at about an hour without touching the belt...

you will be dropping the lower control arm from the spindle. and the tie rod end. consider using a hi end alternator instead of the el cheapo.....there is a plastic cover around it that you will deal with too....bobn
