Modified 10" TCI Ultimate Street Fighter Converter and used FRPP 3.73 gears for 8.8

I have a 10 inch TCI Ultimate Street Fighter converter that I had reworked to work with footbraking and fix the slippage that it had when new (had 13.5% new but is at 6.38% now) Before it would push my truck through the beams trying to get up on the converter but it no longer does. Stalls between 3200-3400 behind my 523

The converter works good since being fixed/modified just isn't big enough for me.

Converter is for a C6.

Is it for a c4 or did miss what it's for?
