Im going bigger, how much carb

steppin up 598, 16 + comp. TFS A460 Heads 2.35 int. 1.88 ex. A460 single intake. 264 268 @ 050 .785 .805 lift on 110 cntr..................... where to start on carb size for Alcohol...................

It can be done with a carb, but if you want all there is to get put injection on that deal. An alky carb is gonna be hard pressed to keep enough fuel in that thing. Or put 2 alky carbs on it.................I'd still sway towards the injection, or a big ass gas carb on Q16................

why such a small Cam???

go injection on the CID if you are not already setup for alky the cost want be much different time you buy everytrhing you need for a alky carb setup

that's smaller of a cam my buddy with the a headed fairmont runs, its a 521 and it don't run for shyt..............its also on meth but its injected.........the injected meth aint the problem lol.

he must have just had it from some other build but it is definately not big enough for a 598 A headed deal what he needs is a custom cam....

If you have to run a single carb get with APD, its nothing againt QF as they are awesome carbs, but in the big alky carb variety APD has that deal figured out. Plus them trick alum QF bowls dont get along well with alky, dont ask me how I know lol.

You are 20* or more off on the intake and over 30* on the exh.
Also, a lot wider LSA + needs more lift.
