I would like to publicly thank Jon Fabian for his help yesterday. It is so nice to know that you can count on the help from the members on here when you have problems and questions. I had changed the glow plugs out on my Excursion yesterday and when I finished, it would not start. I PM'd Jon and he called back pretty quickly. After about a 30 second explanation of what I was experiencing, he spent the next 5 seconds telling what the problem was.
