At what mileage should the oil get changed for the 1st time ?
Or just use the indicator in the truck ?
Figured the 1st time should be sooner than specified normal intervals.

we do um at 5000, the book says longer but I wouldn't do it.

be sure to use the 10w-30 CJ4 diesel rated oil, be it green or whatever.......... Very Happy

I did a 20k 6.4 replacement last week all because of a local quick lube lol, I wish I had a couple 2 or 3 of them to do a week I'd be rich lol.

No Quick lubes for me. I'll use the dealer in order to try and retain the warranty.
