Just got off the phone with TEA , they gave me some flow numbers using a 4.500 bore and a 5 angle valve job
he said trickflow ports there own heads not tea. do you guys think these heads can flow these numbers? also listed tfs numbers and tea small bore
tea 4.500 bore -------- tea 4.380 bore -------trickflow 4.625 bore 3 angle valve job

The guy at tea said he does some hand blending an a 5 angle valve job where as trickflow does not . this is just what he said . im just wondering if the head will flow those numbers on a 4.500 bore

I had some ports on the proto type head right at 400 cfm. I think with the chamber work that Tooley did, the 408 number probably is correct.

I had rather have the extra compression and forgo the extra flow, unless I was on the hose.

TEA's bench is very Liberal. TFS's bench is a good number.

I also had an exhaust port on that head go 281 cfm, we were just trying to find two good intake ports and one exhaust to digitize.

I have been waiting to see someone buy a set of those heads and post some dyno numbers.

I ran a 5.67 with those proto type heads in my 86 notch at 3100 lb.

Brian Tooley is no longer associated with TEA. He sold his interest in that company to Trick Flow who is in turn owned by the same people who own Summit.
