More or less boils down to if the slides are any good and if they can be replaced if needed. Other than that a toolbox is a toolbox with some exceptions.

I'm looking for something larger to use as a head assembly / misc work station.
The 75" x 24" deep seems like it'd make a nice sized work area.

Re: Tool Box Talk......
How much it will be used, what it will be used for will dictate what you buy as well as what you can afford. I started out in 1987 working in the local Chevy garage with a carry tool box and western auto wizard tools. Then got in debt with a waste of money snap on dealer! I have owned Remline, Craftsman, Kennedy snap on , Waterloo, Mac, Matco and Cornwell. With that said if you use it a lot your higher priced tool boxes that have thicker drawers, better drawer slides , parts replacement and locks. Also we have used Blue point, Napa and Black Hawk tool boxes at our School. The Napa and Blue Point boxes are made in china and are the same box. We are presently using the Black Hawk tool boxes.
If used a lot with the cheaper boxes the drawers start sagging and the slides get worn out wither it be a slide type or roller type no matter the brand ! They all have boxes and tools made in china these days so make sure it has made in the USA before you lay down the big bucks.

X2....if the drawer slides are the right stuff the name on the box will not matter.
Re: Tool Box Talk......
You can sometimes find some smokin deals on used boxes from the Snap On and Mac dealers if you ask them. Just make sure they aren't all used up already. I have a lot of Snap On tools, and very few were bought new.

Montezuma makes some great toolboxes too. They are built just south of me in KS. The top review says that the paint on the top of the box was susceptable to chem damage and to make sure and get the SS top.
