Yes, main question is what bellhousing you will use. Some require a spacer or a shorter input shaft.

Yes quicktime makes several bellhousings for the BBF, so does McLeod, Lakewood used to, and of course there are factory bellhousings. You need a bellhousing that had the wide toploader bolt pattern. Quicktime does have one specifically for the TKO (it is deeper) and would not require any spacer or the shorter input shaft.

If you use a bell that requires the shorter input or spacer, use the spacer. Cheaper, leaves more room for a hydraulic throwout bearing, and locates the shifter back where you are. The right bellhousing accomplishes the same thing.

If you measure the bellhousing depth from the engine face to the transmission face:

If it is 7-1/4" it will work with a TKO without any changes

If it is 6-1/2" you will need either the short input shaft or a 3/4" spacer.

Quicktime PN: RM-8010 does not require any spacer or input shaft change

The Short Input Shaft Kits (Tremec):
10-spline TKO 'FE' Input Shaft Kit (for TKO w/3.27 1st gear)................. TCKT5727
26-spline TKO 'FE' Input Shaft Kit (for TKO w/2.87 1st gear)................. TCKT5729

Spacer:
