mild motor --c4 or glide
putting the finishing touches on my car, its pretty mild compared to what most of you guys run, car is a 1992 mustang..no ac..heater box is gone..no ps..etc..motor is a stock lower end 302 with nice heads 308@.600 lift..intake and 248@600 ex...10-1 compression..hydraulic roller cam..from Anderson motorsport..N-91 cam..7000 rpm cam..gears are 4.88 , currently has 26-10 tires on it..right now it has a rebuilt c4 tranny and a bte 4500 converter..would it be better to use a glide or just stay with the c4..this is a 90% strip car

IMO,Stay with the C-4 i think it would be a better choice with the small cubic inch engine and would be faster then the Glide.

depends on the future of the car in my opinion. if you are ever going to upgrade power then go with the glide. when I had my Maverick years ago we switched from a well built c4 to a rebuilt stock gearset glide with brake and picked up a little et, stayed the same mph. that was with a ~350-400 hp 302. of course the car only weighed about 2700lbs with me in it.
