Sounds like it's running like it should.

What's the car weight and compression?

It weighs 3120 with driver.Compression should have been 12to1 ,but the pistons are 25 thou in the hole.It only pumps 170 on a compression gauge.

Sounds like some great times! What are approximate cam specs, gear, and stall?

Its a comp catalog cam 272 276 650ish before lash. Gear ratio is 3.73 with 28 10.50.15 mt slicks. convertor is an 8inch coan approx 5500 .Im not sure how to post pictures. The combo is not matched perfect but it fits well in the 10.00 index class milan started last year.

I used an AJE kmember that has its own motor mounts that set the motor down a bit and made some 1inch aluminum spacers. The steering shaft and hooker headers need extra work with this set-up.The 373 gears put me at 6600 at the finish line,So 4.10 gears would be a little to much.Hope this helps Doug Very Happy Post your progess this winter.
