Has anyone ever ordered from McMaster Carr? I have heard of them but have always been gun shy because they don't give you a shipping cost until after. I want to order some fasteners in bulk quantities so that is why I am looking. Are all their products good quality or cheap crap?

I order from them 3-4 times a week. They have good products and I get it the next day. No problems here.

I have used McMaster Carr on several occasions, never had an issue. Until a fastenal moved in to my area they were really the only option I had to get the occasional odd ball fastener, mcmaster carr still has them beat on price for most things too.

Jason,

I'm a purchasing agent by trade and I buy from McMaster Carr daily.

There's a lot of industrial supply companies out there, such as Grainger, MSC, Fastenal, Lawson, Applied and etc,.........but none of them can come close to the service that I get from McMaster.

They're the best of the best.
