PV8 Cammer Heads on an FE
I saw a question regarding the PV8 heads on an FE. I wondered about the same thing. As the other member noted, the bore spacings are a little bit different, but it's not much. The biggest problem is that the spacing across the width of the PV8 is lots wider and the studs would essentially be into the lifters. Never say never, but it would not be an easy deal.

I wondered that before I was told what the ACTUAL bore spacing is; the bore spacing is MORE than a LITTLE bit different.

What needs to happen is to get Ford to make a 460 ci version of the "PV8". Have them use a forged crank, some nice 4340 steel rods, and forged pistons. If they start making them that way will save us all a lot of time and money!
