Ronnie Smith runner-up with drag boat

Ronnie Smith in his first outting with his a-headed 580 was able to take the number 1 spot with a 8.001. Ronnie also was the runner-up today in his class. Ronnie has to slow the boat down as he can run 4 tenths under the index. This is our first drag boat engine so we are very happy with his success this weekend.

Great job Phillip! I know the KDBA drag boat races were at Kentucky Lake this weekend, which is usually a good turn out of boats from all over the midwest. You and Ronnie have every right to be proud.
