Props to a Very good engine builder.

One of my good friends is heavy into truck pulling.He has had Jet Boat Bob building his engines for the last few years w/o ANY problems at all. he is causing quite a stir in the 6500# class as of late. he has finished first and 2nd the last two outings w/very stiff competition from the chevy crowd. he is pulling against Steve Schmitt and Tony Bishoff engines and he refuses to cutup his beautiful 76 Ford HiBoy to get the weight on the front that he needs to walk away from the crowd each week. Hes only carrying 450# on the nose and most of the rest have 12/1400# up front. He has consistently carried the most sled speed each event.But it's no wonder,The JBB power plant is bumping a 9200 chip most of the way down the track. Congrats to Bob Hardison (Jet Boat Bob) for building the engine,Lem Evans for the Camshaft,and lawes Mayfield for a hell of port job on a set of EX514 heads.
