solenoid  Empty solenoid

are super power shot noids worth rebuilding for use with a controller. and what type of controller should be used with lower hp kit

IMO NO,

Steve Johnson has the larger selonoid for just a litle bit more than a rebuild kit and has teflon plungers. and if you are spinning 175hp or lower you need to look at suspension first.

i do spin with much less than 175hp being a truck with leafs and nose heavy im sure there is away to get it to hook but hoped a controller would be helpful it does 60 ok on motor but can't handle the hose

Here's a link to a great solenoid that will also have a Teflon plunger in it as well as more orifice then most will ever need.. Wink

As for a controller, we use and sell the Edelbrock 71900 as well as the newr NMS-1000. Both do a great job and the Edelbrock is the least expensive and quickest and easiest to work with.. Thanks, SJ
