[img][/img]We had to requalify today . Alot more cars showed up. I was still the #3 doorcar. I bested Brian Wood's Covette...Finally!!! I used to out run him by a # or 2 when mine went 5.50. Today I went 5.650 and he went 5.659.. I had to run him 1st round and beat him by .008 at the line. Second round I beat Racheal Henderson's Camaro from Alabama. Then I got to run the Dragster from the other side of the ladder in the finals and parked him too!! I'd almost givin up on my driving skills with this tranny backing out of the lights.I Fixed that stuff!!!! It sets perfectly still now...What a week!! Thursday I fired it up and it spun the bushing out of the pump in the tranny, so friday I pulled it and redid the pump again . Saturday I pull it up to the trailer to put the body back on ,and I go to start it and the starter puked. I had another for a straight stick ,so I switched the end bells and the other starter burns up the motor, so I pull it off and take all the junk parts and build one ,and it worked after 4 tries. I'd already made up my mind if it didn't work i wasn't going!! I had a great time !!

I rolled back into Super Pro after winning the Q8. The next pass the car picked up 3 on the 60ft and I killed over 6MPH and broke out by 2 hundreths. The good thing out of this ,it went 3.59 at halve track. That's the 1st time since it slowed down that I've been able to get below 3.62 at 330ft. It may have went 5.59 on that pass.I wish I'd held to the mat now

I'm just tickled shitless to finally have some luck with this thing ,after fighting it for the last year!! I feel good!! Thanks to all my friends behind the scenes and to all you guys for your support
