motor mounts
Doing a motor swap in a 77 F-150 4x4 from a 351m to a 460 and need to know if I have to get different frame towers ? I know I have to get different motor mounts but I,m not sure about the towers.

Re: motor mounts
Those towers will work with the L&L mounts.

Re: motor mounts
the real cheap way to do it with those towers is get a set of full size mid 60's fe car mounts and switch them side for side. it will only use 2 of the three bolts but works well for what it is. way cheaper thand the L&L pieces. not recomended for a bunch of power though.

X2...66 390 fairlane mounts is what I used and still do. Had them on my 66F100 for bout 12yrs running the hell out it and no problems.
