Ultra copper RTV makes gasket headache 0. Get a flange that wont impinge on the port, bigger is better...

Bingo....that thing will make way over 900 ft lbs on motor.

the headers I attempted to dyno my junk with were like 26" long on the primarys, it had plenty of low end tq w the inj alky. Honestly its prolly a good thing.

i'm gona try to get it fired this weekend with my old headers on it. my plan is to be ready to hit the track when the headers get back from nitroplate.
