4.70 - 4.80 is the target for the new rules ....... we might see a couple of combos run high 60's

Wish you the best Nick. There's sharks in those waters. Mid to highs 4s is flying, let alone on a 275. Wear a diaper.bruno wrote:i completely understand , with Oakley and I-S on my engine program power will not be the issue , it will be just like you said power management
Re: 2013 x275 rules

I don't see any reason that wouldn't be doable. Probly a little quicker once you get it to go down clean. Good luck.

from what we have tested, the new pro 275 tire will handle what we could throw at the 29.5's. just an FYI

got a set on the way , going to leave the suspension the same and try to place the weight in the center of the car and as low as possible when we test

Don't be afraid the try and overpower the tire real early in the pass. Just to see what it will take. 1.teens should be very attainable with what I am reading about your future combo.

to be a front runner at the big events , yb, sgmp, shakedown it more like 1700-2000 on the nitrous cars depending on tack conditions

Re: 2013 x275 rules
Our car is being built to fit these rules which match very closely to the local rules which is not x275 but rather TeX275. Looking forward to running 4.80's consistantly and hoping that's enough.

Re: 2013 x275 rules
the rules wont hurt me at all 2 -4lines and add some weight thats it.
i have spent some coin this year to try to be ready for sgmp next month.saturday we put the motor back in and fired it off it now sounds better than befor us43 race.we now have heavy nos pistons with 4 spares and the cam is installed like it was suppose to be from bullet, not like the wall eyed chevy guy told us to do
we hope to do some tnt verry soon...........we are hopeing to make in the X275 field if we do that it will make my hurt feelings from earlier in the year disapper
