Can someone clear up something for me? A super cobra jet head and a D3 head will accept the same manifold, right? It's just the ports will be miss matched? Thanks

Yep... It's a direct bolt-on... The port mis-match is no big deal, just make sure you use the CJ/SCJ intake gaskets... Fel-Pro #1231... I saw on a dyno test, even with the port mis-match, there was a 25 HP increase just from the bolt-on...

Thanks Doug, I was talking to a tech guy at holley about the weiand tunnel ram and he keep hitting me that if I didn't have SCJ heads the manifold would not work on my heads. I was thinking WOW I don't have a college degree but I atleast know alittle about the 460's. Any way twice I called and the same problem I got so I will over look it and tell them I have SCJ heads to avoid them thinking I am stupid.

i only have seen Weiand T/R made (new) for the reg. heads C9/DOVE , not for the CJ/SCJ ports . drop that on the Holley dude

I see you got the posting issue resolved. It was good meeting you Saturday night in the staging lanes. You need to hang out with us at the tech seminar this winter and then the BBF Bash next year
