bad sat night

well lets start with .. rick532 been down most of this season .. building a new 598,, got it done,, tested ok , sat sept15,, the truck run 7.84,, in the 1/4,, 2 rounds of top sportsman it runs a 7.83 no problem..this sat sept 22 bad air , it runs 7.94,, 2 rounds and a break out ,,so a test shot is in order , 7.94 then all hell breaks loose , #5 wrist pin breaks , windows the block oil everywher ,,truck hits the wall , flips 4 times and skids to a stop on its roof ,, not a good night
the pics are on atco raceway web page on daves race photos sat gamblers page 17,, we will be pulling the truck apart this weekend and see how bad it really is , if its worth fixing ,, then its back to jerry haas if not ,, who knows whats next

it had a belly pan, and the block broke where the oil filter relocater is connected

sorry to hear about the bad luck, best thing is the driver is ok........ cars can be fixed.

Took a look at the pics, Its a mess but good to see everything held together and kept ya out of harm, could have been a bunch worse. Also a good thing they have concrete barrier's too.
