What's the best way to get burnt oil off of ceramic coated headers? Damn leaky valve cover gaskets.

have you tried dish washing soap and water with a terry cloth rag?

I put some brake Kleen on a rag and wiped it off mine, then went over it w/wenol fine(blue tube). Good as new.

You can use aluminum polish. Call your local coater and ask them for a specific brand. The shiny coatings have a lot of aluminum in it to give it the shine.
