Epoxy in a C6 valve body -- sound weird?
Has anyone ever seen a C6 valve body that was built using epoxy in the fluid channels?
Sounds weird, but true. Is this something that high end trans shops do, or am I looking at something that is home made?

I've seen alum plugs, never epoxy.

Doesn't Frank Merkl recommend epoxy for the crappy TCI transbrake cure? Or is my memory going again.

On the AOD's there is a relatively common "Epoxy Mod" that they do to modify it.
You can see it in detail on clickclickracing.com website, along with some other great tech.

JB weld works great for rechanneling valvebodies , proof in point is that the 1st transbrake vb that I ever built is still in my 7sec 186mph racecar and the vb was built in 1991! and I use alot of JB weld with a properly prepared base metal it will never separate

That JB Weld is some good stuff.
When I was a kid, one of my buddies used it to resurface his fiber discs in his clutch!
This was on a Suzuki RM 125. And you guys know how hard those were run!
Im not joking! Granted he had to re-do it,every few races.
Sorry for the hi-jack.
