Disabling Paypal auto payments to chilly @ 460ford.com
It took me forever to find out how to disable auto payments to Chilly in my Paypal account. I thought I would make a quick post in case anyone else was having a hard time figuring it out.
Log into you paypal account
select the "My account" tab
click on "Profile"
select "Paylist" in the Financial Information column.
It should show up in the active file.
Click on it and a window will open up where you can cancel it.
Hope this helps.

Well hopefully I won't get flamed for suggesting a sticky but Nick needs to put one up for those that would like to help out. I actually worked last month so I am in the position where I could help out.

I sent Chilly a check just 3 weeks before he sold out. Felt like a bafoom when I heard he sold the site.

Thanks for the info Jason, Mine was STOLEN while I was cancelling his debit.
I requested a refund through PP and he is now under investigation.

The investigation must not have went well, My refund will be deposited back into my PP account within two days.
It's not that the other site is not worthy (IMHO It is) I just can't see giving money away to someone for nothing.

Re: Disabling Paypal auto payments to chilly @ 460ford.com
It's not like it's for nothing - given the little "change" they recently did to displaying threads in the garage section (You have to go to the bottom of the page to display more threads, and in ascending or descending order now) - I think it's going to be a "Pay for it" site in a few weeks, maybe a month. There's no place to save the settings you make (But I didn't look at the individual profile settings either, so maybe I'm wrong).
Don't mind me, I'm just paranoid - but it feels like a setup - you know, the kind where they give you a little sizzle, and then you get to pay for the steak, the Elmo Wheeler thing...

Re: Disabling Paypal auto payments to chilly @ 460ford.com
I gotta eat crow for what I just posted this AM - I visited the other site and Chilly reports the problem as "fixed".
My apologies, both here and "over there".
Sure felt like a trial run at making it a pay site.
I guess I'm getting paranoid. Maybe it's the snow. Maybe I should go mix a drink or three and think about things... Like, come on SPRING...
