Is Tony B. going to be your engine builder? If so, go with whatever he says. Is this going to be a single four deal, or a 2 X 4 tunnel ram? Is it going to a nitrous fed engine? How much? Is it going to be a 5.0" bore spacing deal? All these questions come into play, so tell us a little more please.
The case can be made for the canted valve Pro-Filer 205 heads, the Thor heads, (either Gen 1 or Gen 2), the 1500 IDT heads, the B441 heads that Randy mentioned, and finally the GT Heads 14* 5" bore spacing head from Greg Burkhart could also be considered.
Right now we're getting 576 cfm out of the 1500 IDT heads, and I understand Tony is getting 581 cfm. Another gentleman in Lousiana is getting like 572 cfm. Kinda' ironic that we are all so close.

I'm building a 665 CID also, (if I ever get back around to it) and I'll be using the Pro-Filer 205 canted valve heads. If this link works you can see a picture. https://www.429-460.com/t12788-pic-s-of-seminar-and-things-that-went-down?highlight=winter+tech+seminar

Profilers canted valve or thors if you sticking with wedge heads.
The IDT 1500 stuff is still pretty new, I'd want to see a few sets running and see how they perform.
The Hemi heads are never a bad choice.

Another Ford Hemi head that certainly is worth consideration is this one from Dave Bamber. http://bamberengineering.com/portfolios/billet-aluminum-cylinder-heads/billet-hemi-head/
