Usually and external oil pump or spacing the internal oil pump 3/16" will do it. Depending upon the rods used will determine how much hand grinding is necessary in the crankcase; usually not much unless large aluminum rods are used.

Why the odd stroke? 4.875 would be 4 7/8"
