I'm having a hard time understanding your question (sne n, rsn, n), but the answer is no. They are not the same.

Re: Headers flange differences
I believe the spacing is also different, the C-head is a bit larger

Re: Headers flange differences
Is the C460 and profiler exhaust flanges the same? I believe so but just want to verify. If so, where can I get some?

The exhaust bolt hole pattern is the same "Pro Stock" pattern on both heads. However, relative to the bolt holes, the port exit is in a different location. Since you bought the heads from Bob and Kyle, imo the most logical thing to do is just have Kyle custom build your headers for you. He can make the flanges and everything since he is a race car fabricator.

Be careful Lem ... some A460 exhaust bolt patterns are on 4.9" spacing and others use headers which are on 4.840" spacing, Some, the ports are on 4.900" spacing but the bolt pattern is 4.840".

And, that's the reason I try to always say "pattern" not spacing. You are correct.....it does make a difference.
