Guys I didn't mean to piss the guy off just he is running mid 11.'s with a 408 and hitting Nos to get in the 10.s from what I have seen most 408 are running 10.0s to high and mid 9.s with out NOS, and he Got Twisted at Dfree last year and said screw it he was going to put a BBC in it, after he got twisted cuz he came on here asking how to fix his Blown BBC cuz his headers were Glowing red.... we told him to richen it up and give it some timing, oh Well sorry

This is something... the guy comes on here asking a million questions about everything and everyone takes their time to give him good sound advice and then the minute someone doesn't agree with him he freaks!! I have been on here a long time and the first time I posted an answer about the rpm limits of a 429, Quarter Warriors Dad (Chuck I think) blasted me and said no way my SCJ didn't rev that high. Okay no problem he doesn't believe me I know what the tach said. end of story. No harm no foul. Everyone is entitled to their opinion,right or wrong. I can't believe that these guys come on here and pick everyone's brains and then get all riled up when they think someone says something wrong to them. I am so thankful that I can come on here everyday and gather knowledge, learn, and have a good laugh. NOS if you look Richters 306 runs 10.50 N/A with Windsor iron heads. Hell my old 289 use to run 10.99 N/A in the late 70s with 66 iron heads with 1.94s and 1.60 and single 4 barrel. just think what the SOB would have run with modern aluminum heads and intake.....I wasn't trying to be a tool just stating he should maybe fix the 408 before he built another engine to run maybe once a year....

Sometimes the truth is way too painful to deal with. Mr. 2fox, we tried very hard to help, but you decided not to accept the knowledge and that is too bad. Come on back when you find some humility, and have a right frame of mind to learn what you are being taught.

W0W,we are touchy on this lords day. Da Coug is harmless as the rest of us. If Da Coug was that touchy he would have been gone years ago,from all the shit we have given him.,but he likes it I guess and it just shows he's tough. If you have the time,just go back through some of the threads where Me,Jon,Dan,Thunderchicken,Harold is lots others have give each other hell about different shit. But,do we pout and say we are gonna leave? Hell no,we blow it off and go on. Most of us here are give each other hell on a daily basis.
