Damn K. C. That is awesome I am very proud of you I've proud to say I've done two sets of heads for you,,,and the next set,,, whenever it is,,, is on the house I know Lem is proud of you also.
I wish you would come down to Kentucky, bring that car and visit with us for a while,,,,,like at the Ford race at U.S. 60 Dragway.
It must make you feel good to have a door car and be able to run with a blown altered. Keep up the good work, and keep on spanking that Chevy azz

Seems every time I get worn down by all the trash talk and usual pony poop, a real dude like K.C. surfaces and makes this fun again.

Car Info
Thanks for the interest....I will try to be brief.....The car weighs 2650 with my big butt in it The engine is pretty basic with a lightened premier block, 15:1 Diamond pistons from Lem, .850 lift comp cam from Lem, Danny Bee from Lem, Bearings and rings from Lem, Kaase pump from Lem, TFS tunnel ram with twin terminators, and of course the 18 bolt TFS Heads from Lem and tricked out by Charlie. The heads are where its at! .....Basic Trans Specialties glide with a 5600 converter, 4:30 gears.Shift at 7500 rpms and trap at 7500 rpms. Never been dynoed except at the track.....I am sure it would have to be over 900 to make the old sled run in the sevens....hope this helps.....KC
