tunnel ram setup vs single carb??
srry again , alot of good info here ive been here a bout a week
sorry for all tech questions but was wondering
im gonna do ultra block say 572-605 ci not decided
gonna prob use tfs a460 heads and hoppin 13.1-13.5 compression
is a big single carb the way to go or isee trickflow has an A460 tunnel ram setup for there heads
not realy familiar with the tunnel ram vs big single in comparison ..i know 2 carbs more fuel but in power aspects and if it , is something to consider
thanks
Andy

It has alot to do w/total package. Car weight,tranny/converter,Camshaft,etc. The T Ram will work and make its power in the upper rpm range.

7200ish shift point with the 1x4 . A little higher with the t.r. manifold . If 1,000 hp will get you to where you need to go there will be no reason to have expence and trouble of the t.r. 2x4 set up.
Think more like 14.5/1 unless you are going to spray . The rpm will be about the heads/manifold/cam not the block .
