Tunnel ram vs single carb.......pros and cons ......any help would be appreciated
doin a 502-545 ci motor havnt decided if i want the 4.3 or the 4.5 crank using a d1ve block with the center cap 4bolts mains
and hardblock till the bottom of the water pumps .....solid roller , prob kaase p51 heads ..... 13.1 - 13.5.1 compression
going into a 88lx mustnag with a glide hooppin 9s ,just gonna use at track use only
but stuck on the tunnel ram vs big single carb ??? any help would be appreciated , im coming from the efi small block ford scene supercherged stuff so this is all together a diffrent animal ...thanks guys

Single carb will get you well in the 9's and be cheaper.

x2 on the Single 4. It will get-r-done and be lighter on the pocked book.
But if you do decide on a tr don't waste time on 4150 carbs, dominators only!

thanks guys ,, a nice ported vicktor then assuming with a dommy
hopefully my d1ve block with 4 bolt main centers and hardblock will handle the abuse

Factory block should last fine to 750+ especialy with caps and a fill.

the diff is 2x4s will make more power on any 502 to 545 or bigger engine ,but i would not stop at 13.5 to one,why? its going to have to have good gas anyway,so why not gain power since your spending $$$ money anyway?
