wwhat to build

what is the prefer ci for the street on pump gas... I want to use a stock block and A429 heads tell me the rest...

I got a 86 truck block and the A429 heads victor and 950 proform... would like 600 rwhp vehicle is a 52 f1 weights is 3870 with driver have a 3.89 with 4500 stall 700r4 might change to 400 with GV that I have... the 700 is not the strongest trans out but iitbeen doing the job for a while

Dale are you ready to cage that thing then? 600rwhp would probly be 750hp (or so) at the flywheel. That'll get you in the 10's on motor

2 1/4 headers and a 3-4" exhaust
Street Solid Roller and Isky or Crower Lifters Keep the lash tight.
Crower or Comp Steel Rockers
Balance of valve train to match the cam
Good oil system, Need a good deep pan with baffles and a tray.
Kaase Oil Pump
SFI Balancer
Port your heads and intake to the max
10.5-11:1 compression (lower if your not good at tuning)
TFS Mafia Intake and a 1250
2 1/4 headers and a 3-4" exhaust
Street Solid Roller and Isky or Crower Lifters Keep the lash tight.
Crower or Comp Steel Rockers
Balance of valve train to match the cam
