Like I told my partner.."This is payback for all the rough times we had with this project."

One of our main competitors had an engine failure last night in the heat race..
This is one of top teams in our division.
We went down to see if we could help, and asked"what's wrong"?
All he said was "what's wrong "??!! "what's wrong is all these chevies have their tongue hanging out try
to catch that Ford!!"

I think it was the best compliment I ever had from a competitor....

For years my farther and i would visit the local dirt tracks, only to end up watching nothing but a sea of chevies...

So happy to hear of a FORD cleaning house! Keep it up!

Hey by the way, are there any vidoes of this LONE ford running? Love to see it!

It would really hurt his feelings if he did...
The motor they blew up was a $13K, Bowtie block, triple throw down 420" monster...
They twist this thing to the moon....8000rpm easy, if not more..
Compared to the roughly $6K, stock block, flat top, 408"W junk we run...
And we only turn it 7100....

I thought it was cheaper to build a competitive SBC compared to a SBF,guess not great story!!!!
