I bought a new hotrod.
I bought a new hotrod for the wife last week. We flew out to California, took a couple days to process the deal and drove it back 2200 miles to Louisiana. It has a 2004 Mach 1 4.6 motor, 5 spd and IRS. It rides like a dream and easily does 100 mph across Nevada, New Mexico and West Tx. lol. I looked at some 460 powered ones but this fellow dropped his price by $7k so I jumped on it.

Red she wanted it more than me. Now I just need to pry the tbucket out of her hands so I can sell it. I don't have anymore room in my stable.

Yes it is Mark. It is a Mk III. I wanted a MK IV but for the amount of money he had in this car for what he wanted was a good deal for me. Plus Lisa loves everything about the car and she will probably drive it more than me anyways. You can buy blue and silver/grey ones all over but this one stands out in a crowd that's for sure.

I would like that (but I think I am past restomod on my way to pro touring. lol). I'm actually going to steal the windsor out of the bucket for the Falcon and swap my 302 in the bucket. Everyday I'm shuffling...

I'm land locked right now or I would already have a stable big enough.

Re: I bought a new hotrod.
Wow,..........
I really dig it,........ ESPECIALLY the color.
That is super cool Jason.
I've always loved those cars. I came real close several years ago to buying one of the Factory Five Cobra kits and building one myself.
I hope you get a chance to make it back to Beech Bend this fall, as I would love to see it in person.

Jason, for driving it,I'd a lot rather have your set up than a 460. That thing should be great on fuel and still run like crazy!
