Im doing a low country boil this sat with shrimp and crab legs. I have done these before but I dont seem to get enough spices in the stuff.

I am using a turkey fryer with propane. How much seasoning? I believe it is 3 gallons and I fill it up halfway. What seasoning do you use?

What do you have up your way for seasoning?

Around here we can get it anywhere. If you don't have anything prepackaged you can make your own.

Cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic, onion, salt, lemons (or oranges if you want it sweeter), bay leaves or gumbo file.

I usually use Zatarains in the bag. But last time I put in 3 bags and it didnt seem to be strong enough

Can you get the Zatarain's in the powder? The bags are usually a little lame for my taste when used just by themselves. I usually throw 3-4 in the bottom of the pot along with the powder stuff
