Thoughts on build ?

I found a 1976 long wheel base f-100 , I been wanting and searching for another project truck . I was think of cutting it down to a short wheel base . And tubbing it .( Pro street )What y'all think ?? I tried to find pics of one do e like this but has no luck

Thanks , any one know where a pic of a 1970's extended cab pro street truck is ? I searched but couldn't find one , I'd like to see what it would look like ,
