BAD START FOR THE YEAR...

Well after 2 months of working every day but sunday we got the dealership moved last weekend (May 4th). So I was looking to get the cars out and get ready for this weekends opening race. So me and my daughter tested saturday May 11th and 2nd run #8 rod decided to leave its home. I have a hole big enough to put you fist through. So I put in a back up motor which i was not planing to use yet and had to delete a few things (alternator, Accusump) because I didn't have time to replace the pan and the dampner would not come off using what tools I had. We are in a time crunch and needed to get the cars cleaned back up and in the trailer to go to have the graphic's installed for this weekend. Also when you need a set of BIG BLOCK CHEBBY headers there's none to be found but a damaged set that the guy wants too much for.
So the little old 514 Ford Motorsport A460 headed motor is out and a new 557 New style A460 head motor is in the car.
