69 Thunderbird 429 value

Hello...I'm in need of information on what an estimated value might be on a 69 Thunderbird with the 429 with 77k miles, body in good shape needing panels behind rear wheels replaced, needs paint job and the interior needs minor work. Numbers on heads are C9VE-A.
Engine ran great, not started it in abut a year, I had it tuned up shortly after I inherited from Aunt after Uncle died 3 years ago. I'm not a "car guy" so I don't know if its of any value as it is or if motor and transmission sold separately would be worth more. I intended to restore/update it some but now need funds more than car(son in collage). Probably sell it on Indianapolis Craigslist, need a value figure to start with. Would appreciate any helpful suggestions.
