Just about anything done for drag racing by Mike Moran will get banned in some way or another by those in charge...
He has had 4 of his own vehicles banned for simply being so much faster than the rest of the field and making them look slow. Even though he follows ALL the rules at the time, the powers that be will make-up new rules or something in order to dis-allow this creation, too.
