Guy's i don't live at the drag strip..
SO not sure where to purchase alky?
I would like 55 gallon drums of it delivered to my house! Is there companies that do that?

I have found if you order 2 or more they will cut the shipping price way down it will not take long to run thro a drum of alky or it don't take long for me to go thro a drum

Try Jake's Automotive 248-275-0000 on Opdyke over by the Silverdome they have some M-1 probably get what you need.

while we're on the subject.. what the shelf life of alky? are there additives that need to go in it. is there a lubricity additive needed?

I'm not a expert on this subject in any way but,I've been told if you keep he drum tight and at room temp the shelf life is for a very long period. And for sure get a top lube in it for lube and it will also show the fuel burning if it backfires ot whatever.

keep it sealed and off the concrete..... Ive had drums 3 seasons old work perfect.

ALCHOL
Try a co-op almost all of them use alchol to get moisture out og pipes and tanks.Most of them can provide lab tests for moisture content.The dryer the better.Always use a good top cylinder lube.
