Is this a 2 stage plate

How is this a 2 stage plate? Thats a cheater plate with 2 sets of cheater noids. Last year I maxed out a cheater plate with a big shot n2o noid. If the plate can only flow so much whats the point of having noids that the plate wont flow?

I run the cheater dual stage system it is old but work well... I leave on a 50hp and bring in 150hp hit around .9 sec. out... I use a digi-set timer to control the second hit
