Cage kits
What are your opinions on all the different roll cage kits for a foxbody? Who's are good and who should I stay away from? It needs to cert to 8.50. I know most people are going to say have one built, but I don't have a chassis shop very close to me.

Re: Cage kits
If you are dead set on a kit get a Wolfe racecraft one. Just TIG it in or pay someone to do it. If you are EVER thinking of upgrading to something more go ahead and do it now.
If you want a custom one bring it to Texas. We are finally getting caught up.

Re: Cage kits
We used a S&W in my coupe car. It was like Jon said a little tweek here and there but no biggie. It also held up very well to the crash test. I hit the wall at 120 mph plus and it did it's job. Service was good and I think they sell it in stages. So you could upgrade later. I agree it would be best to do it all at one time. Take it to texas if you can. I've not seen on of their cars in person but have followed them on here. Their work looks first class.
