528 A-head, tunnel ram, with two dominators. I have a lot of work ahead of me getting the car to handle the power, I am gonna respectfully keep a lot of information of the build to myself.

Re: Thank you Rich at Circle R!
LOL, It's really a nice combo guys, Rich knows his shit for sure, I have some great minds helping me so if it don't run it's nobodies fault but my own. I made ALOT of mistakes last year with the Ranger by being in a hurry and not listening. That will NOT be the case with the Mustang.cool40 wrote:O' snap!bigblok2000ranger wrote:LOL, Grab a lane once I have the chassis all lined out!richter69 wrote:not without a decoder ring.....

WHY? Trust me there is no need for the super secret decoder ring stuff here. It's nothing exotic by any stretch of the imagination. Toss out some ballpark hp and tq #'s for the crowd.bigblok2000ranger wrote:528 A-head, tunnel ram, with two dominators. Because he has some respect for his engine builder. And how exactly would you know if it did or didn't have anything exotic under the valve covers? Or in the oiling system? Or in the cam design?schmitty wrote:WHY? Trust me there is no need for the super secret decoder ring stuff here. It's nothing exotic by any stretch of the imagination. I just want to keep it to myself for now guys, I am the one who decided to keep the numbers to myself. I want to surprise people with the car once it is lined out. This is not a snap together engine by any means Rich put a lot of effort into it and it paid off. We made four pulls and literally the only change made was to adjust the vacuum. It was really amazing that his tune up was so good right out of the gate. This was my first trip to a dyno so I was nervous and excited at the same time.

It's gonna take some work to get the car down the track but I have a great person helping me so I am confident it will work out.

Re: Thank you Rich at Circle R!
Eric, the new engine looks good.
I wish I had the dough for Rich to build me a stroker for my ranger project.
Sometimes I wish my junk had dyno #'s. Just so I could brag about the whole 500hp:lol:
