The 3.0L is out of the ranger!

I spent the afternoon pulling the locked up v6 out of my 95 ranger. The transmission might be out tomorrow.
I'm hoping by next week I'll be ready to mock up the bbf/c6 combo into it.
The funds aren't available to do the back half and cage right now, so I'm going to do the free stuff.
I bought the KFM engine plates for my birthday. Maybe Santa will bring me the back half kit and cage tubing:)

You dont read much about " free stuff" around here !

Mike I hear you on the free stuff but I done ran out if it I am hoping just maybe I can get a new converter for my birthday next month so I can get the powerglide in mine and maybe get to make a pass or two with it.

I think I'm reusing the ladder bars and coil overs out of my blue truck.
This way I'll just need mounts.
I talked to Moser about cutting the axles. They can also redrill to a 5x4.5 bolt pattern. Now I need to get the 9" housing narrowed up so the axle lengths can be measured.
It's going to be a long winter!!
