HARD BLOCK FILLER Empty HARD BLOCK FILLER

guy's when you use this is there any thing different you need to do to prep the cylinders for clearance after filling has set up. I'm thinking of filling a block that is 4.450 now so it can be opened up to a 4.470 bore for a new piston deal.

any comments?

Don't know if it can be opened up that much, but putting block filler in it shouldn't keep it from being done. Also when I was cleaning my shop I found two bottles of Block filler under my work bench .. Will sell it half price plus shipping ..

I'm thinking it's a good idea to torque the heads & main caps down to hold the block in correct "shape" while the hardblok sets.
